Game Release 0.12.0

Game Release 0.12.0

Today marks a significant moment in Wilder World's development. We're shipping the Customization Update, the first major build to put your identity directly in your hands inside Wiami.

Avatar customization, loadout systems, and vehicle mods aren't just cosmetic additions, they're the foundation that the open world economy is built on. Every pack item you hold becomes part of how you show up in Wiami.

How We Ship Now

Previously, we delayed builds to fix small issues and polish minor details. This pushed release windows by 1-2 weeks at a time.

We're changing that.

Starting with 0.12.0, Wilder World ships on a rapid iterative cadence. Builds ship when stable. Known non-game-breaking issues are documented in patch notes and fixed in the next release. Game-breaking issues are the only blocker.

Faster releases. More frequent updates. A game that evolves more rapidly.

Known Issues in This Build

None are game-breaking. All are tracked for the next release:

• Trinity Sentinel Helmet toggle not working
• Soulbound Icon missing from loadout UI
• Gear item color toggling unexpectedly
• Some red dot weapon sights slightly off-center
• Duplicate attachment equip possible on two weapons
• Some weapon configurations don't load into the game as equipped in loadout

Please upload any additional bugs you experience to dev.wilderworld.com, we have started more closely monitoring everything uploaded from the community there and have actively been pulling in the most upvoted issues to our upcoming release features.

What's Next

Public Open World rollout. Multiplayer improvements. Packs-at-risk gameplay. Bug fixes from this build.

See you in Wiami.
