Tournament Details

Pre-Qualifiers

The tournament begins with a Pre-Qualifying Warmup from August 20th–24th, during which gameplay will be open across four regions: US, EU, PacAsia, and LatAm. Matches will follow the standard SEA DH1K build, with open practice only and no tournament scoring.

Regions must reach at least 100 active players during this period to unlock access to the Qualifiers.

Pre-Qualifying also features daily rewards:

  • Day 1 (Aug 21st): NFT Pack Reward
  • Day 2 (Aug 22nd): Lamborghini Temerario NFT
  • Day 3 (Aug 23rd): 5,000 WILD
  • Day 4 (Aug 24th): NFT Pack Reward

Qualifiers

The road to the Finals begins with the Qualifiers, running from August 25th to September 9th. This stage will determine which players advance to the Playoffs and ultimately secure their shot at the live Finals. During this period, players from all eligible regions will compete on a new build featuring the tournament system, with all results feeding into region-specific leaderboards.

Match Requirements:

  • Matches are 10-minute Free-For-All PvP battles with 10 players per match, rotating across The Beginning and DROID.
  • Minimum of 8 players required to start a match
  • Maximum ping of 150 to join a server

Outside of competitive matches, Hydrolink remains open for single-player training and warm-up.

Scoring System
Progress is measured by a new Tournament Score system. Each player’s score is based on their best 10 matches during the Qualifier period, ensuring that performance matters more than sheer volume of play.

Points are awarded for kills, headshots, assists, streaks, and completing matches, while deaths subtract points:

  • Kills: +3 points
  • Headshots: +4 points
  • Assists: +2 points
  • 3-Kill Streaks: +3 points
  • Stayed until match end: +2 points
  • Deaths: –1 point

Regional leaderboards update automatically as scores are recorded.

Server Access Windows
Multiplayer servers will be open 9 hours per day in each region to create focused competitive sessions:

  • US Servers: 12PM – 9PM PST
  • LATAM Servers: 12PM – 9PM PST
  • EU Servers: 1PM – 10PM CET
  • PacAsia Servers: 12PM – 9PM JST

When servers are offline, players can continue practicing in Hydrolink.

Playoffs & Finals

At the end of Qualifiers, the top 50 players from each region will advance to the Playoffs, which will be structured as a single-match elimination bracket. The top performers then move on to the Finals, where six finalists will earn a Golden Ticket and be flown to an epic live location to compete on stage.

More details on the Playoffs and Finals will be announced before the end of the Qualifiers on September 9th, with the full tournament breakdown available on Wiki.

Super Early Access: Launch Overview

The SEA launch will allow players around the world to download Wilder World via the Epic Games Store, step inside Wiami, and enter its combat arenas in the first public release of Super Early Access.

This version delivers a first look at Wilder World’s shooter experience, featuring three playable maps, over ten weapons, early matchmaking and progression systems, ZERO account integration, leaderboard tracking, and a fully reworked HUD and UI. All of this is supported by destructible environments, enhanced audio-visual immersion, and both single-player practice and multiplayer combat.

Gamescom Debut

After a hugely successful activation with Samsung at Gamescom last year, Wilder World has chosen this year’s event to debut Super Early Access to the world.

Gamescom 2024 was a record-breaking event, attracting more than 335,000 visitors from over 120 countries to Cologne, Germany, the largest gathering in the event’s history. Wilder World made a strong impression at the Samsung booth, standing alongside industry giants including Illuvium, Activision, and Blizzard. Our prime location brought constant energy, with crowds queuing to race through the streets of Wiami on two high-octane simulators.

This year, we return to the Samsung booth with another prime showcase location, where Wilder World will take the stage once again — this time to unveil Super Early Access for the very first time.

Maps & Modes

Hydrolink (Single Player)
Hydrolink serves as the training ground for new recruits. Players face off against Forum Agent AI with selectable difficulty levels and advanced enemy logic designed to sharpen combat instincts. The updated spawner system creates dynamic encounters, while breakable glass and interactable props add an extra layer of immersion to practice sessions.

The Beginning (Multiplayer)
The Beginning represents the construction of Wiami itself, doubling as the foundation of Wilder World’s combat experience. As the core multiplayer map, it is packed with destructible props, from cement bags and containers to ladders and bollards, giving players tactical cover options and environmental interaction. Optimizations in SEA ensure smooth performance while preserving the intensity of close-quarters firefights.

DROID (Multiplayer)
Set high above Wiami, DROID is a rooftop manufacturing facility surrounded by sweeping skyline views. The map’s vertical lift system enables fluid, multi-level combat, while ongoing art and collision upgrades bring the industrial environment to life.

Matchmaking v1
The first iteration of matchmaking gives players the choice to queue into multiplayer sessions across DROID and The Beginning, or drop into Hydrolink for solo training. This system lays the groundwork for structured progression and competitive play.

Systems & Progression

Leaderboard
Super Early Access introduces a fully featured leaderboard system, allowing players to track their rank on both global and region-specific boards. Performance can be filtered by kills, deaths, assists, K/D ratio, headshots, and overall XP, giving a detailed view of progression and competitive standing.

ZERO Account Integration
Progression in Wilder World is tied directly to ZERO. Players can link or create a ZERO account seamlessly within the client, with Epic ID integration and automatic checks at login to ensure secure access and continuity across the Wilder ecosystem.

Blockchain Integration (Z Chain)
Every action in combat is backed by onchain data. Kills, deaths, assists, and headshots are recorded to Z Chain in real time, with final match XP posted at the end of each game. This ensures that every achievement is verifiable, permanent, and part of Wilder World’s onchain history.

UI & HUD

HUD Elements
The HUD displays health and shield indicators for both players and enemies, grenade icons with switching notifications, a weapon-specific killfeed, and a live match leaderboard accessible with the Tab key.

Customizability
Players can remap all keybindings and use full controller support. A server switcher is included in the menus for easier region selection.

Visual Presentation
The HUD features a curved futuristic design, updated minimap and map textures, and new weapon spawner VFX for clearer visibility.

Audio & Atmosphere

All weapons feature full animations and unique sound design. Matches include end-of-round music and audio cues that warn before the finish. RPG projectiles have distinct flight sounds, while bullet hit confirmations are stronger for clearer feedback. Integrated voice chat has also been stabilized for reliable in-game communication.

Gameplay Enhancers

Maps feature destructible props such as glass, bottles, ladders, panels, and trash bags for added interaction. Environment effects have been updated with perimeter walls, bullet impacts, barrel explosions, and smoke grenades. Vehicle traffic is also in progress to enhance city immersion.

Conclusion

Super Early Access is more than just a launch — it is the beginning of Wilder World as a living, competitive, and fully onchain experience. With $100,000 in rewards, Golden Tickets to battle live on stage, and the chance to etch your name into Wilder history, this is the moment for players everywhere to step into Wiami and prove themselves. The stage is set, the competition is fierce, and the Wilder Nation is watching.

The future of gaming is Web3 here, and it starts now.
