The Launch of Infinity on the Grand Conjunction

Today, on the 21st of December 2021, we are proud to announce the launch of Zero's Infinity Token (III) to the Ethereum Mainnet. This marks the end of a nearly six year development cycle and represents a new beginning.
Zero has been the result of a long and arduous journey though the crypto abyss. One that been many years in the making and is the direct result of numerous minds, hands, and hearts. To those of you who've supported over the past six years, we salute you.
Today has particular significance beyond the launch of Infinity. Today is the winter solstice of 2020, a year that has brought many surprises and will likely be remembered as a turning point in modern history. It is both the shortest day of the year and represents a significant astrological event not seen since the middle ages. The closest that Saturn and Jupiter have been together within the last 800 years.
Patrick Hartigan from Rice University indicates "You'd have to go all the way back to just before dawn on Mar 4, 1226, to see a closer alignment between these objects visible in the night sky."
In the midnight sky both Saturn and Jupiter will be so close that they will appeared as a double planet, separated by only 1/5th the diameter of the full moon. For those curious, this celestial configuration has been linked to the depiction of the Biblical Christmas Star in the Gospel of Matthew – the star of Bethlehem that led the Three Wise Men to the newly-born Jesus Christ.
Over the coming weeks we will be writing several Zines that outline the utility and significance of Infinity, as well as giving deeper insights to its token distribution and governance system, in addition to how you can get involved :).
It's nearly impossible to plan exact dates when you're working with immutable smart contracts, however we think it's pretty cool that Infinity is launching on this day of all possible dates. We could not be more excited for what this next cycle will bring.
From Zero to Infinity,
